Current machines and status unknown; but the place has gone downhill a lot from what it used to be, so expect machines NOT taken care of.
This is an understatement. They still got Extreme and Disney's Rave. Disney's Rave is playable, but Extreme is God-awful. I could barely pass Butterfly on Heavy while stomping on the arrows (I am 220 lbs).

I do not suggest going here unless you really want to play some retro Disney's Rave. That's the only reason this place gets a "2" from me.

So Funtasia got bought out, and is under new management. This picture was from Wednesday last week, when I stopped by to see how things were.

PS: http://www.deacon.com/project.php?project_id=145 shows that "Huish Family Fun Center" is Family Fun Center in Tukwila (the other place with really bad DDR machine conditions).

Just stopped by there on my way back from lunch and lookit thiz:

This was on the 1P side. I can happily say that this side works really well. Unfortunately the screen is color distorted near the top and and I haven't been able to play on the 2P side yet.

I just popped in here to check it out after the remodel. They added more "attractions" and took out a bunch of the arcade games. They have a whole new redemption counter and a new paint job on the outside.

They still have DDR Extreme and Percussion Freaks. DDR's 2p side was pretty bad, the volume is low, and there is a bunch of glare from the ceiling lights. This isn't a place to play arcade games at anymore.

Gonna be moving about 2 blocks away from this location in a week. Even if the Fun Center Extreme still sucks (which I haven't verified yet), there is an awesome little arcade I just found a half mile down the road called Another Castle (website).

Perhaps the Fun Center ownership or technician would consider suggestions/assistance though from Scott or I, to optimize their Extreme cabinet o.o

So, Fun Center got rid of the Disney Mix? Dang.

Also, Another Castle is an awesome little place. I mentioned it on here at some point probably a year or two ago. However, there's no DDR/Bemani games there the last time I went ~5 months ago.

Update of machine status:

The Disney mix is still gone.

DDR:extreme is 2tokens ($.50) per play
P1side is pretty darn good. Not perfect if you play super close to the center, but definitely full-comboable with regular casual play. No miss-triggers or "stomping" required.
P2side is okay. Requires a bit more pressure on the Up and Down arrows. Can pass heavy songs no-bar or full combo light stuff.

According to Echohack on Z-i-V this site no longer has either DDR machine.
Sad

Zach, have you been there recently to confirm?

I was there recently. There are no DDR machines, or any Bemani-type games anymore. Most of the arcade games have been replaced with ticket redemption games. There are no noteworthy arcade games to play.

I stop by once in while with my daughter because she likes their Frog Hopper ride. I'll post if anything noteworthy returns.

This is true... Extreme was removed as well, unfortunately.
