Might as well start a thread for this....

Supposedly the poster says it'll be released in Summer 2007.  I like the logo.

So are we going to see an SN2 upgrade soon, possibly WITH e-amuse?

they added commas to the score at the bottom of the screen? WTF? I'm now boycotting Konami completely!
jk jk
From the screens they have it loks like it will actually be a very good game. I think Konami's really going to do something good with this. The graphical interface look frikken awexome, and it looks like Yuna will be in the game. and Soul Crash, is a definate plus ^_^!

I'm not saying won't be a good game, but you have a screenshot of the style style screen, one of the results screen, a single gameplay shot, and a song select screen with no new songs displayed.  From this you can conclude it'll be a good game?  The interface still looks like the Extreme 2/DDR Str!ke home versions with some new metallic graphics.  Nothing special so far.

And we know of 8 new songs, 6 of which are 7 footers (naturally the others are 10s).  I really hope they focus more on 9s this time around.

i suppose my opinion isn't based solely on the screens, but the fact that they did something good with SuperNOVA, they'll probably do something good with SuperNOVA2. Here's to hoping we get Treb;e, Bass, and Attitude. Cheesy

So, has there been anything new regarding SN2? It's been a while since the last news release and I'm eager to see what changes (hopefully for the positive) that they're making.

Also, I hope they're going to add more than just one more dancer to this version. There're so many other dancers which, in my opinion, would be good for this game; Akira, Izam, Alice, and old-school Rage just to name a few.

I am a hardcore DDR fan, but even I was dissapointed with SuperNova. I wish that Konami would listen to the fans and give us what we want, rather than telling us what we want.

Haha, that's rather sequential. (8,6,7,10,9 -> 6,7,8,9,10)

Anyway, I'd like to see lots of good, fun 8's, 9's, and 10's.  None of the bullshit they gave us with Xepher or HdV.  SuperNOVA seems like it's just pure stamina-drain; no good freestyle or anything.
