Cool.  You guys know who is selling this game, right?  That is pretty cool in itself.  Puts your ITG trivia knowledge to the test.

Hmmmm...I wonder who the high bidder is on that pop N?  Dont get too excited, we will not go real high as the seller has low feedback in a foreign country.  But still stabbing at it.

I believe the seller would be a certain Italian well known within the bemani community for selling arcade games to people.

Go for it! Cheesy

You know something about this seller?  All information on him is appreciated.

Yeah. He used to go by the handle Maicrosoft on a certain forum I'm not supposed to talk about, and basically sells machines (or parts of them) to people. He's pretty well respected, and has quite a large amount of hookups in Japan. For a while though, IIRC his suppliers were busted and he didn't have anything to ship to anyone.

Now again, I'm not 100% sure it's this guy, but if it is, you can totally trust him.
PM for more info.

Lol, I'm such a gameplay fanatic that all I was looking for was ugrade vs. dedicab and what revision it is.

Of course, it doesn't say what revision, but that's fixable, unless it's R1   (Oh Noez!)

EDIT: I'm thinking about asking a guy in Port Orchard to bid on this. I even have the yellow pages in my hand. The manager even said his best money maker was his Extreme machine (Only dance game there) so I think it's quite possible he'll be interested, and then Bam!  ITG2 AC 3 miles from my house.

So, should I call him up?

@Bill

Good news!
I just checked the forums I'm not supposed to talk about, and I can confirm that this is Mai's machine. This is definately trustworthy, and you should really consider getting this.

Even if you don't Bill, there's a decent chance the guy I contacted (already contacted him) will lay down a good bid.

Essentially, there's a fair possibility it might end up in the PNW.

BUT since I love your arcades, I wouldn't mind at all if you get it Bill, I'd be happy either way   =P

Well, I go to Narrows and Acme about 4 times a year each, so.... I guess the ITG2 seemed more interesting   =)

That ITG is in horrible condition anyway.

This is the IIDX hardware, if you're still interested in it.

There was a DMX machine that sold for $1200 on ebay a while back; wish I'd had the money to snag it.

I don't think it would be worth getting the IIDX hardware anymore now that Gold is testing in the US.

"The Plus upgrade includes a different sign, additional video scenes and the option to increase your dance speed by 10% and 20%"

Wut?

It's a bootleg, and it's been out for quite a while.

It's funny because the marquee for Extreme Plus is asstastic. I've heard of it before but I've never seen the marquee.

Also, the "increase playback speed by 10 or 20%" option is done by overclocking, which is very, very bad for the hardware.

"Hurr hurr wuts fashun?"

Seriously, it's hard to believe these are the people who make something as visually pleasing as IIDX.

This isn't legit, therefore it's not the same people who make IIDX.

Oh, haha, I'm a fuckin' moron. xP

tada: I thought you meant that the machine was a bootleg, not the mix.  Actually, I kind of just neglected to care because I was too busy paying attention to how ugly that marquee was.
