I tried to join.  I don't know if my attempt was successful.  I'm getting a pop-up message in Korean. xP

Tofu>Choose english on the PIUGame.com homepage. If possible, give me a screenshot of the error if you can't figure it out.

Diggit>Try again with a better email service (gmail).

I think I might have accidentally sent the registration form twice, 'cause it says "dancingtofu" is taken too.  Also, I did set it as English.

Screenshot (sorry it's tiny yet huge, I can't read stuff when the resolution isn't cranked really high and photobucket shrunk the shot):

That's the error you get when you try to use the same email address twice. Try logging in with the name and password you provided before and if all fails you'll have to start over and use a new email address. Sad

Also you can use alt+prt scr to take a screenshot of just the currently selected window. Wink

That's actually only about a third of my monitor there.  I always cut my screenshots down, because 1280x960 pictures aren't generally appreciated on most forums, and photobucket shrinks 'em anyway.

I will try to log in tomorrow.  If that doesn't work, I've still got another 5 or 6 email addresses that I can try before I have to start trying to figure out what some of my dead email addresses were. (I have a total of 12; 4 yahoo, 5 gmail, 2 aol, and a hotmail, but I'm not sure I could actually get on half of them.)

The US's first club has been approved! And check out this sweet homepage they get to use: http://club.piugame.com/moneyshot
We need 15 members (with accurate info and photos) and are currently at 11. We have the second most in the nation!

Jerrad, Tony, I'm looking at you. '~'

I know a couple other people who play Pump (one can pass 18s on Nightmare), so I'll see if I can get them to join.

I still haven't gotten my confirmation email, otherwise I was gonna be #15...

Ah well, that's cool.  I probably wouldn't have been a very effective member anyhow =P

If you haven't gotten the confirmation e-mail after signing up, check your Spam folder.  Andamiro's Engrish got flagged as spam on my Gmail account.

PS: Woo, 15!  We were at 13 before I went to Acme tonight, so this is awesome.

Okay, did it in Safari but um...it keeps saying I'm joining some Spanish club, even though I'm specifically clicking to join the Pacific Northwest club 0_o;;l; oh well, whatever.  What a crap site man.

Bleh, this isn't worth putting IE on my Mac    You guys already have 15 peeps so the goal is reached.  Until I fix my PC I'll just sit on the sidelines and try to pay attention, then.

IE for Windows and Mac are two very separate, very different code bases, it's highly likely it doesn't work on the Mac version too.

Well I won't be feeling guilty then.

Hopefully I can get my PC up and going within a week or so.

Wow awesome, second to get approved in the US! Thank you everyone for joining (last night Tongue).
Alpha> It sent me three emails saying you tried to join. I'll try to find some sort of confirmation option on my end.
Edit> There was! You should now be approved!

Ah, okay!  For some reason each time I tried it showed me as having joined some PIU group in Barcelona, Spain or something    so I was pretty confused.  So I tried canceling, then joining again, and again with the Spain group.  Cancel, join again.  Then I decided to just leave it.  So that's why you got all those emails.

Weird.  I've been waiting a couple days for my first confirmation email, and then I click resend and it comes in 2 seconds. (not exaggerating at all)

Also, there's a new machine here that's FREEEEEE! apparently, they have a freeplay arcade in some clothing shop on McLoughlin.  I'll be checking it out probably next week.

Read March 15, 2007, 11:00:33 PM #99

Wow, nice. I'd like to hear about the machine once you get a chance to see it. If it really is free you have a great opportunity to get a lot of practice in. Don't be afraid to talk to the staff there to keep it in tip top condition. Smiley

Oh and you're approved for the club.

I'll definitely keep everyone updated.  My friend told me about it, so I'm not 100% certain it's actually free or what condition it's in, but even if it's 25 cents a game and the machine is as bad as Ultrazone, I'll still play.  I just can't afford $1 per game to play a game I'm not very good at on a cruddy machine.
