So, I was google surfing and stumbled across this interesting piece:

http://www.pencilkiller.com/rhysmyth/rhyhome.html
Description:"Welcome to Rhysmyth, America's newest and most popular competitive sport!  Rhysmyth features intense one-on-one dance battles where players create their own rhythm and move to their own beat.  When the music starts, they dance across a hi-tech digital glass grid, hitting light squares while avoiding broken ones to be the fastest, most accurate and stylish on the court."

After checking out the previews, it looks like something you'd see in a teen girl's magazine. But it's still a total rip-off of DDR none-the-less. I don't know how it's gone for two years without a single soul mentioning it (perhaps all the otaku DDR players are long gone?), but I thought it was worth sharing with you cool people.

Oh yeah, I did think it's cool how they describe Rhysmyth's history. Apparently freestylers got so pissed off at tech people memorizing patterns and not actually "dancing" that they made Rhysmyth. Yeah, I'm not joking about that...Pretty awesome stuff.

Heh, wow. I actually remember seeing a preview for this manga in an old Full Metal Alchemist volume, way back when.
