From the description and the pictures, it looks like its in someones garage, or some non-public location.  So its probably in good shape.  I just hope either PG gets it or some place in the community.

800 DOLLARS People!
I would buy in an instant if I had the money and space, but alas!

Great price, but keep in mind this is the first model of PIU machine ever made, so it likely won't be in perfect condition (there's no way they had it in their garage since 2000). It's also Perfect Collection which uses the oldest hardware they made, the MK3 system. To upgrade to Fiesta you'd have to spend about $1700 (or more for pump it up pro) to get the game and new hardware (MK9).

$800 is a good deal for a machine, but if you check Ebay regularly, PIU machines just don't go for very much, especially the older models. Granted, on eBay you usually have to pay quite a bit for shipping fees on top of the sale price, but I just thought I'd throw that out there.

Another PiU cabinet for sale in Cashmere, WA...

http://seattle.craigslist.org/see/bfs/1704591382.html

Doesn't seem like its worth the price though.

I'm not a PIU fanatic, but is that a real cabinet? It looks like someone hacked off the top part to put an old-school big screen TV in there.

p.s. I laugh at these people who ask for WAY more than a setup is worth. I see people wanting 5k for a DDR Extreme machine that they paid 6-7k for years ago. Then it sits on eBay for months and I'm sure they're wondering why it's not generating interest. It's called depreciation people, look it up.

That's a fully legit Pump DX cabinet, just like the ones at the Waterfront Arcade and Sun Villa Lanes. The monitors are really that big.

When I first found out about and started playing PIU, DX cabs were the only thing around to the point that when I finally moved to an area with only GX cabs, it took me a while to adjust
