"corporate restructure" aka a thinly veiled ip acquisition. kaga holdings is more than capable of publishing games if they wanted. iirc kaga eyed KID before they went under as well so this is a no brainer, especially with the more recent publishing rights (broader audience stuff i should say?) that CF obtained. cf's profitability as an entity never really mattered as much as the opportunities gained from the the shares. but yeah, i would worry more about the internal politics of the other companies rather than kaga.

i can't comment on anything else accurately since it's all stuff i don't pay attention to or care about.
