Yeah I just moved here for a study abroad program, it's in a hella rural area, but I'm impressed by the bemani selection Cheesy Some of the game centers in Tokyo didn't have all of these. Apparently DDR is hard to find nowadays, too.

DDR was in about half the game centers I went to over there. Not like it's worth playing compared to all the other games though.

Why do they have them all lined up and right next to each other?  I wouldn't play any of them there; you wouldn't be able to hear them.

That IIDX machine has headphones too...

No but you'd be surprised how well you can hear with machines set up like that, especially with the volume set as high as it is in those kinds of places.

Heh, and they are all open, waiting to be played!  I'd probably fall on the floor and start walking circles if i saw an arcade like that.

Totally didn't see those headphones until you pointed them out. Tongue

Yeah, pop'n has headphones too... for that and iidx you can turn up the headphones volume. The rest don't have headphones, I think. Yeah, I'm not sure if there are really sound issues for those without headphones.

I don't know when a lot of people go. I've gone on a weekday evening and on Friday evening and at most there are like, two other people playing. It's weird. Tongue
