Hey all,
I noticed the information for arcades in this area hasn't been updated in a long time. Can anyone give some information on what's where around here? All I know for sure is that there is Supernova at Zeppoz here in Pullman. I'm kind of lazy and don't want to drive up to Spokane without a good idea of what I can find. :v

Judging from the discussion I've seen, I'm guessing there's no pop'n, IIDX, Technika, etc., on this side of the state, hm?

Thanks!

I haven't lived in Pullman/Moscow for about 4 years now, but I visit frequently. That sadly makes me the 'expert' for that region.

The only dance machine in the Pullman/Moscow area is at Zeppoz. It's always been in pretty good condition though. So that's good news.

The machine in the old CUB is gone, and my favorite place to play closed last year (R.I.P. Bumpers).

Last time I was in Spokane was a while back, but here's what I THINK they've got:

Northtown Mall: Super Nova & Para Para Paradise
Wonderland Fun Center: ITG2 dedicab (I've heard it's in rough shape)
Spokane Valley Mall: I have no idea if this place still exists or not, but they used to have a DDR Extreme.

This is a good place to find the (mostly) latest updates on local arcades:

I remember dropping by Bumpers a few times when I first moved out here ~3 years ago. I drove out there earlier this year to see if they got anything new only to see they closed. Too bad. Sad

Thanks for the info, Suko. Maybe I will just drive up north on an open weekend and check out all the places.

No problem. Just do us all a favor and update the arcade info on that link I gave you if any of that information is outdated or incorrect.

Bumbers have the Supernova machine that cost $.75 for single or a double play and the Family Fun Center still has the ITG 2 machine with a plasma attached too it. I'll be going there today (Wonderland) to get some energy out.

Wow, they replaced the monitor on that ITG2, eh? I haven't played on that machine since '07 I think.

I took this picture a couple of weeks ago when I saw it. They probably changed about 3 months ago seeing as how that was the last time I was there when they had the old screen. Looking at it in person it looks like about a 27 inch screen, maybe a 32.

Every week, I say to myself, "alright, I'm gonna go up and try some ITG this weekend." Then the weekend actually rolls around and I end up not going, lol.

Amazing. They've modified the hell out of that thing since I last saw it.

Yeah they did Suko, I just wish there were people actually playing this machine on a regular basis

I was playing there every weekend for about a month and a half.

All it took was a hearty healthy breakfast, lunch, and preworkout supplement and I could play for about 2 hours straight.

I stopped going because school kept getting busy.

I'll start going every weekend once I get my car fixed. Cheesy

My gripe with the machine is they never loaded all my songs all the way, despite me getting a decent USB card.  I had a bunch of songs to try and nothing loaded.

There's a SN2 at Pojo's in Boise, P1 Side doesn't work well, but P2 is fine. The screen is a bit cut off on the edges. volume is great.

A SN1 at the Boise Edwards 22. pads are both beat to hell(both used to be fine) but now P1 has a cracked arrow.

Boise just got a Big Al's which has a SN1(used to be in Vancouver washington) and a brand new Pump fiesta EX. And an assistant manager that will fix any issues because he plays very well.

Bumpers used to be one of the better places to play DDR in Spokane. Does anyone know if they moved or actually closed down? Try Wonderland, or if you are willing to drive, I believe Zeppos in Pullman, WA has a DDR X2, but that's at least 1.5 hours away by car.

Well, since I check this place once a year, I'll at least post late than never.

Bumpers took over Players and Spectators in the Valley.  It's on East Sprague.

I'll try to go sometime and get back to you all...a year later.

Now Tilt is gone.

Damn shame.  Their Extreme cab was going down hill pretty fast though.

Hi Smoke! How are things over there? Too bad about Tilt. I really liked that arcade. It has fond memories for me since it was the place I went to my first DDR tournament at years ago.

Woo, been awhile since I've been on here. Bumpers in the valley brought the DDR SuperNOVA machine with them, but it looks like it's been wiped because there are hardly any scores on the machine, and the SN2 upgrade is gone. Sad pads aren't in great condition either. I can still pass/combo 9s/10s but accuracy is awful. P1 left arrow triggers randomly. Couldn't test ps2 side because the right menu button is broken so you can't scroll past 'beginner' in music select, and i accidentally hit the left button which got me stuck on tutorial.

I think the ITG2 machine at wonderland is still doing good, but it's been out of order a few times when I've gone up there. I'm wondering where that extreme machine ended up when Tilt closed though.

I'm gonna try to start making more trips to these machines, hopefully we can get some maintenance on the SuperNOVA machine in the near future. For now I'm stuck playing at home.

Wow, that ITG2 is still kickin', eh? That things been there since 2005. I'm sure it's not in mint shape, but I'm glad it's still usable.

Also, it's great to hear from ya Diggit. I honestly thought you were long gone from the DDR scene.

I just visited yesterday. The machine now has Doubles premium.

I went to Bumpers in the Valley last week.  There's like zero games there.  I don't know if they're in the process of still moving in (hasn't it been that way for over a year?) but the Supernova arcade sucks.  The right side's buttons don't work, so you're stuck selecting Tutorial mode and enduring 10 minutes of how to step with one foot at a time while embracing old n00b day habits like returning to the middle.  I got impatient and reset the machine and it never turned back on.  What a waste of a trip!

Anyone know how Wonderland is?  I want to make a trip, but I think I showed up too early last time or something (Monday) and it was closed.

The Wonderland location is still pretty good; wish that it wasn't $1.00 for 3 songs, though.

That's such a drag to hear. My home base all throughout college was the Bumpers in Moscow, ID (Bumpers III). Whenever I was visiting the area (WSU/UI) I would stop by and play a few sets for old time's sake. Then they closed up back in 2012 and I heard they were consolidating stores. Then I heard that the Mall location closed (Northtown?). And now I hear this news. It does sound like Bumpers is dying a very slow death. It really is tragic.
