Being an idiot who can't control his sexual impulses or make proper use of conventions doesn't constitute a ban.  It does constitute a smack in the face, which I give him daily for proper development.

Laharl needs to stop making unintelligible (and more recently creepy) posts, but a ban is unwarranted.  Using a spellcheck would be a good first step.
