Definitely.  Seperate sub forums tend to kill what would otherwise be busy.

I dunno, I was opposed to the integration of "serious off topic" and "dumb off topic"

If they were seperate sub forums, I guarantee I almost stop posting in one of them.  Those random topics give me headaches.
