I've been the admin here since the site's inception in January 2007. During that time, I was also the site's only main moderator. It's been a great ride, but after 4 years I'm wanting to work on some other websites and other projects.

Fortunately, my passion for the site and the community has been overshadowed by others' here in the community. Laura, the sites first full time mod will become the main force for this site. Laura has been keeping this community strong with tournaments, get-togethers, and just being awesome. Starting now, she will be taking over all of the driving force and community functions for the site. I have no doubt that Laura will keep the community alive and strong.

I am not leaving the site completely. I'll still be the site administrator, meaning any coding or theme changes will happen through me still. Laura's not a coder, so I'm still going to be here to make sure the site functions properly. I'm still hosting the site, and will be for a LONG time. Laura's going to be handling any forum drama, bans, community events, and the Facebook & Twitter profiles... pretty much everything excluding the site's code and server.

I have poured many hours and sweat into making this site as awesome as I could for this community, and I step back knowing that I've left the site in a great functional state, as well as leaving it in the hands of someone with much more enthusiasm for this place than I have.
