97.51 Ra crazy. i currently have the machine record

What? At ACME? How are your pads, cause I swear I'll take a trip up there if they're any good.

Also Charlie why would Kyle be in Europe when his tournament is in Vegas?

That's really disappointing to hear. When I went to Bi Gals, the pads were perfect. And for the record, Ethan, our pads are pretty awesome. The 1P bar wobbles a little, but it's not too bad. The 2P side bar is fine though. Pads are really good (read: I have never had a pad miss), but you might want to bring a little Windex or something; they tend to get sticky or slippery randomly. There's a problem with the machine currently where it's in FX cabinet mode on a GX cabinet, but that will be fixed ASAP. When I go to Acme today, I'll call Bill up.

EDIT:
One other thing: the USB ports don't work.

Awesome. Actually I have no idea how I could make it to Tukwila before the school year starts, but maybe after that for sure.

I just remembered Kyle has a machine at his house so maybe he'll let us come over or something.

can someone explain please? i noticed that everything on the screen got smaller after the computer switch. im guessing an fx cabinet has a bigger screen...

He told me he wasn't going to be able to do anything with Kumoricon this year because he was going to be in Europe at the time; might have gotten back though IDK.

FX's have a 42" widescreen plasma monitor.

you can't really hold triple long notes with your feet at acme, though i suppose part of it was pro's weird miss window during a long note. i guess thats the only thing wrong. oh and the 1p center arrow is pretty beat down so it's hard to hit a blue yellow blue triple.

21 or 22 and 2 greats on Mellow.  Not my best FA, but it's my best score to date after ignoring the 2 pad misses.

Nothing else worth talking about today, but I did get my flash drive to work finally.

I've gotten a lot of AAAs since the last time I posted months ago. But recently, I'm pleased to say I have AAA Broken My Heart, and have gotten 2 greats on End of the Century and 2 greats also on SO DEEP. - All no bar

After kind of a bad day (lost two songs to MTJ by 1 excellent) and had several mess ups in easy songs, we finished the day like so:

Veni Vedi Vici (Hard, from DSR) - MTJ 99.90 ZDR 100.00
Wham Bam Boogie (Expert from ITG3) - MTJ 100.00 ZDR 100.00
All That Matters (Hard from ITG3) - MTJ 100.00 ZDR 100.00

Wtf...we had a total of 2 excellents for the set, the first time I've quadded a set too

Nice job on quadding a full set.  That's a pretty huge accomplishment for anyone.

I wish you guys lived closer, I'd love to play ITG with all you guys.

Anyways, I played Supernova 2 for the first time and last.  The up arrow sticks both sides.  However, I played My Summer Love, got 2 greats, and AAA'd it.  That's just wrong.  AAA is left for ZERO greats, not 2.

86.xx Holy Orders - I can do SO much better if I could just keep my energy and accuracy through the jumps.

Hey Chris, they're just trying out Beatmania-style scoring. No one in the community counts them as AAA's unless it's a perfect full combo.

If you want to know the truth, I say fuck them and call it a AAA when it says AAA, but I won't report any AAAs with greats.

Yeah, I totally don't count that as AAA. But I did quad that on an upgradicab, so I don't care anyways Smiley

AAA 2 greats < AAA NO GREATS LIKE IT SHOULD BE!  MUWAHAHA

They're trying to make DDR into ITG, but they're not doing it right.

AKA they've eliminated the recordboards.

THEY ELIMINATED HIGH SCORES.

THE ONLY REASON I'D PLAY ON SN2 IS FOR THE MA.

I just tried to take Bryant's scores today on the fixed ITG machine basically with varied success.

99.15 Hispanic Panic exp (99.12 on hard in the same set I think...)
99.74 DJ party hard

I'm gonna go for a marathon (no pun intended) session there and just own. hopefully.

Technically, it would be more efficient for you to move to Portland than for all the Portlanders to move to you.
