played some itg, while my stamina went back down from lack of playing (12's are starting to tire me again =/)

i did have some nice accuracy accomps (for me)

all these are sightread
flying high hard 97.74 (#1 score  also, old #1 score was 84% lol)
remember december hard 96.16 (#2, missed first by .3)
crazy hard 96.08 (#1)
infection 97.16 (#3, still not bad sightread thoguh)

so i think i could double star flying high and infection considering those were both sightread, would be coolio i dont have a ** yet

93.23 on drifting away expert, was harder to FA then in expected.

Went to GK yesterday for a BIRTHDAY but no one showed up but Steven by chance. Got some good scores otherwise.

Old scores:

true black flag Celebrate Nite heavy... pissed me off.
3 on Somewhere Over the Rainbow, only one in the slowdown, one in the run, and one on the first step of the second 140 bpm part.
1 on I feel... I don't know if this is old or not actually.
3 on Dynamite Rave oni, two stupid ones in the first 10 steps, 1 in the last 10. I can get this!

New stuff:

3 on Telephone Operator, this isn't as bad as I heard it was.
3 on True... trance or whatever, the 8
and this

Whoa, wait. You can get black flag I feel, and almost AAA Dynamite Rave Oni, but you have 3 greats on Telephone Operator and True? I find that weird, because I feel has some crazy weird steps compared to the later two.

I don't see how the score difference is surprising at all actually... I feel...  and Dynamite Rave are both onsync, True Trance is slightly early, and Telephone Operator goes from very onsync to early to late to early to just zany at the end because Konami is AMAZING at cutting songs. Seriously the last two steps of that song make no sense. Also I feel is really really easy, I just goof the gallops often.

And hey, I got one fuckin' great in the slowdown of Somewhere Over the Rainbow which no one can time for their life. My trick? Time visually. Also it's kind of late. Also don't sing along, I thought that would work but it doesn't.

edit: actually I just realized Dynamite Rave Oni is the last Extreme Dynamite Rave I have to AAA. Then I need to find an SN that doesn't blow and get the Super Euro version.

Nikki, Sean, and Kyle were going to hang out at GK, but went to the Saturday Market instead.  I would have gone but I had a meeting for Kumoricon.

Welllllllllllllllllllll I decided to play DDR for the first time in six weeks. Stupid pneumonia stopping me from playing for a while!

MAX2

Witch Doctor (not pump one lol): 5 greats
Max300: 14 greats

ITG:

Clear Bend Your Mind Expert without lifting feet off brackets!
90.9x Driven Intense
8 excellents Tribal Style Expert, what a silly chart!

So yeah, I'm kinda out of practice. Better start playing some more before TGM arrives!

Black Flag on End of the Century. Heavy, in the arcade, without the bar. I'm so close to a AAA I can taste it...and it is delicious.

Does that make you the person who was playing ITG with Suko last night at Acme Bowl when I left for the evening at around 8:45pm?  I told him and the other person "try not to kill yourselves" just before leaving.  I remember seeing those two play both ! and Tell.

In an attempt to keep this post from being completely off-topic, here are a few recent things that are still accomplishments for someone who is only at my level of play.  Smiley  They're not on par with most of what people post here, though.

AA'd Yozora No Muko (Heavy)
Survived Healing Vision (Heavy Double) with about a  B -- 9 ft doubles are tough for me
Passed the Nearly=130 Oni course
took machine 1st on Hardcore Galore (Normal Marathon ITG course)

All of those things were big deals to me, though I know there are dozens of local people who could probably beat that Hardcore Galore score (97.xx%?) without breaking a sweat.  But nobody bothers to play it on Normal.  Wink

7 greats on Sakura. I thought this was ridiculous. I got my first great right after the 12 BPM part, then two or three, then one on the first step of the speedup, one random one, and then ONE in the last slowdown. I was blown away, but at least I think it's because I actually understand the song now rather than it being a fluke.

Is that your first SDG on a DDR 10?

Man Tilt's pads are way better but they can't hold freezes worth a damn...

Psalm Pilot- 7e and I think 3 dropped holds.
Cryosleep- 20e and 4g... at least two were me
We Know What To Do- 14 and a dropped hold, these aren't even long holds so I don't know what the fuck was going on
Amore Hard- 9e and you know what
Twilight- 25e and more fun, only I figured out something cool: the brackets have been removed and I can hit triples and quads with my feet. Awesome.

there was some other shit

I remember when team PoOR would go months without a AAA.  Seems like you get one any time to touch an Extreme cab now. Tongue
