Maybe maybe not... but 5* is easier than it should be, that's for sure.

So me and a friend might be coming down to the Seattle area on Saturday.  Where is the best place for GFDM and/or bemani in general and would anybody like to meet up?  We were thinking gameworks, but Im not sure how good it is exactly there.  Let me know!

Gameworks and ACME bowl (in tukwila, about 20km south of Seattle) are both equally good with bemani, depending on what exactly you like.

GW: GF/DM 11/10, taiko something or another, popn fever, DDR SN in decent condition, and a couple other DDR machines in shit condition
ACME: GF/DM 11/10, popn carnival, DDR SN and Extreme, ITG2 (R21 dedicab), BM something or another, all excellent condition usually

Acme is cheaper.  Food is about the same, but there is fast food near acme.  GW is pretty much in the heart of downtown, and you'll probably have to pay for parking unless you find street space.  GW is 18+ after 10pm.  Acme is 21+ after midnight.  Acme is a little quieter and there are less people in general.  GW has way more games than ACME of any kind (ACME is a bowling alley really).

Uhhhhh yeah if you need more info just ask I'll see if I can come up with some.

if you want to drive even further, there is a bowling alley in Tacoma (about 60km away from seattle) that has a newer GF/DM (V?), IIDX 8th, and a few DDR/ITG machines.

GODDAMNIT I totally can't go.

I suggest you go to Gameworks. By the way, James, Narrows has GFDM11/10 too.

Do cool people usually go to Gameworks on Saturday?  Or should I just go another time when we can organize it.

There's a GF 11th at Milwaukie Wunderland now.

Some sitereads:
1337100 on some song
B Dragon Blade Basic
23379300 A some long Orange Lounge song

I tried Across the Nightmare Basic but failed.

At this rate, Milwaukie Wunderland will be cool by December.

Got an S on Timepiece Basic (GF) without light. Still pretty far from getting encore stage though.

I've been going to Gameworks on Friday/Saturday. Hope to see more people there.

the bass pedal at gameworks completely broke on me during the first attempt of under control. but the tech was able to fix it after one game of pop'n music, so i was happy.
SS 8 greats sa-da-me ext
SS 20 greats midnight special ext
A under control ext

other than not being able to pass the least 100 seconds, under control was the other song i couldn't pass until now :O

oh yeah and dance for the future ext has such an awesome chart

acme isn't cheaper when you pay $25 for a GW card that lasts you like 5 visits of like 3 hours apiece - but then again, yeah, parking.

Also damn I should try to SS sa-da-me, I've gotten close but I'm pretty inconsistent at DM :<

hahah who made Model DD3 a 90.  That song is SO FUCKING HARD.  I beat it yesterday for the first time, with a D, after getting Bs on Children's Sketchbook EXT and Model DD5 EXT

Now if only I could finally S that...I think I've gotten 3 of the 90+ songs, which means I have about 10 or so left on DM10. I also have a whopping one left to clear; I'm not even sure if The Least 100 secs. is a song.

Also, I miss Bobby Sue and Skinny Jim from DM8th. This is why we need to upgrade (or met needs to get his DM working).

I think I'll have a lot more accomplishments tomorrow, when I go to Acme.

What arcades around here have mixes with Day Dream?  Or are you playing at home

Anyway, I clear Children's Sketchbook EXT every time I play it now.

But there's a DM5th in Silverdale or something like that. Also, everywhere in Vancouver has DMV-V4 as you probably know.
