Misirlou isn't A) on a CS mix, or B) on either of the mixes we've got in Western WA though. It's from GFDM V (but didn't make it to the CS version).
Unless Wes is talking about some hidden V+ AC in Western WA we've yet to know about?

MISIRLOU EXT GTR is all a question of stamina.. the picking in itself isn't too fast it's just tedious... you need to have fairly good switching as well to go from sections of 6 notes, to 2, and then back to 6, repeatedly, for 2 minutes.. at like 200~ish bpm. I can barely S EXT.. =] good luck.

GH, sorry for the confusion.
And yeah, some Expert songs in GH and GF actually require stamina, as weird as that sounds. My arm gets a little tired when doing songs like Psychobilly Freakout and Misirlou. I need to work on forearm strength and stamina I guess.

Aw you had to 1up my ModelDD3 on Advanced huh? Well mine was a pretty crap B anyhow...=P
I still can't get that snare part on Tamayura, need more practice.
You are certainly better than me Mike, but then I already knew that. But I shall persevere!
In related accomplishments,
passed Cockpit Extreme with a B on DM Masterpiece Silver on the KOC drumset lolz.

haha nah i actually played model dd3 earlier in the day, but a B on adv is still really good. i was kinda shocked you were actually following the chart... because i seriously dont understand it at all, heh
dd4 and 6 (?) i think are the only ones i kinda get, music-wise
and i still have to pass dd4 on ext

DD4 messes me up a bit; I can get DD3 Adv. alright, DD2 adv. I can understand besides the crazy tom/snare interchange, DD5 is just killer at the end in it's mounting complexity, and DD6 is alright. The only Model DD I can pass on Extreme is DD7 though
Thanks for the kind words on my Model DD3 performance though. I think Dark just makes those kind of stupid-crazy cymbal rhythms easier to catch.

Model DD3 is my favorite one... Hell, I'm starting to like it more than the original Day Dream.
I don't think I've passed it even on Basic yet though.

Yay, yesterday at Narrows I beat Meikyou Shisui EXT (lvl 92) with a B 64% Perfects =P okay not great but easily one of my best scores ever on that song.
And I also best Cockpit EXT 92 with a B 59% perfects, blarg. That was my first time beating it on an arcade machine, rather than just beating it at home, yay.

Made it through around 80% of the guitar solo in Jordan.
Still no pass, but it's the farhest I've gotten.
Also, I FC'd Heart Shaped Box Expert. 2 Complete Expert FC's now, despite having a ton of 5 *'s with like 3 mistakes.

It was a great moment. This song is my favorite in the DD series, along with 3 and 5.
Skill points for DMV2 are now at 845.xx, but I could probably raise that if I actually played the third nonstop that would count towards my skill rating.
@checkrox
How many skill points do you have on GFV2?

I've never actually played (on a machine with e-amuse or with a good controller at home....) but I've had my scores analyzed by a top-ranker and he said my skillpoint is somewhere around 13xx~. That's consistent with excellents on level 70 songs, near FC's on level 80's, and some high S's in the 90's.
Edit: Finally got skill tracker.. wow, guess I'm nowhere close to 1300, I've got a long way to go. Damnit!!
