hey, good taste in games! I played through CT2 the other day.

I completely want to play Clock Tower (PSX) and Clock Tower 2. I almost completed 3, I should go try that again someday.



But I beat Resident Evil 4 today. 15 Hours, about 100 saves. Over 900 enemies killed, which clearly is why I spent too much time, heh.

5 Stars on all stages with all characters on RE4's 'The Mercenaries'! Now I've unlocked the Handcannon.

All that's left is to try and beat Professional Mode, which I'm too intimidated to do right now.

Oh my christ. Six levels left to get gems on in Mischief Makers.

Hot Rush- this is hard because it forces you to make unrealistically long jumps
Migen Brawl- this is stupid because Migen Sr.'s thunderbolt attack is impossible to dodge
The Day Of- need to beat 11'00 on the 100 meter dash, got 11'03 FUCK
Cerberus a- I will never get this because it is impossible not to take a hit from this guy
Bee's the One!- this is stupid because the location is totally random and there's no backtracking, but I can still do it
Phoenix r- I keep getting to the last pecking order and getting hit there, but I swear I can get this one too

This is like the hardest N64 game ever made.

edit: 1:31 PM- got Bee's the One!'s gem, and get 11'00 on the nose on The Day Of. And I'll be damned if they give you a gem for getting it on the nose. >: (

I crammed about $5 into various crane machines and got 6 beanie keychains (only one of which was seriously deformed!), a big, romantic, dog-thing and a plush rubber ducky (it was plush, not rubber) at the Avalon.  Gosh, playing those games is a lot more fun on Mom's money!

Talked Joust with the recordholder on GK's Joust cab.  (although I did terribly all day; didn't even get over 100k.)  27916 on Tetris; 15th was 27917.

174k Joust.  I was doing awful today for some reason, but that was just a good run.  I only got over 100k 4 times today, but every time, I made it to at least wave 19. (it starts getting difficult at wave 18)

I'm sorry DancingTofu, but after watching a MAME replay earlier this week, I've finally learned how to properly play Joust. Got the high score on GK's machine, 812,750 I think. I know some good tricks for taking out those pesky shadow lords now.

I know I can do better too, I started getting really careless and lost a lot of lives in a row. I'll try for 1 million next week  

edit: also, slightly improved my record on Shock Troopers (not kidding when I say slightly - new score was 32,055,300, old score was 32,037,800. I think? Something like that.)

Haha, I have no idea. I reached Wave 100 (at which point the wave counter rolls over and says Wave 0). Assuming it took around 1 minute for most waves, except of course for early waves and egg waves... I'd say an hour and 20 minutes? An hour and a half? It was pretty long, anyway.

I'm not going to play it again unless my score gets beaten/erased.

They wiped the scores on TD2 at Avalon.  Now's our chance, nigga.

I came close to getting #1 the other day with 1.4 million (would have been 5th or 6th on the old high score board) but didn't get quite close enough to the finish for it to count.  I think you have to be within .5 miles of the finish for it to count for the Worst Drivers list.  I was .6 miles away. (ran into the train funny and took too long to properly crash.)

Someone go to Avalon and beat my scores on Galaga and Joust.  Those are the only two games I bothered with on the Ultracade on Saturday.  They're both around 71k; easy beats.

EDIT: Oh, and 220k on Joust at GK.  Twice. Wave 23 always gets me. :/

Also, played through TC4 (link play activated, but nobody was playin' with me).  Somewhere in the neighborhood of 30 credits.

EDIT: Fucked up my Bubble Bobble ROMzip on MAME.  That's an accomplishment because it means I was trying to do something other than just play it. (reset the daily best, 'cause I was tired of it being LEVEL ALL.

Gotta find my flash drive and replace it, 'cause I don't want to lose my 1m high score on it either.
