I haven't been able to hardly any DDR lately D:

Spending 9 hours within two days on art homework isn't exactly my idea of fun, especially since everyone is like "ART COLLEGE NEXT YEAR YOU MUST BE BETTER LOLOLOLOLOL"

Anyone else getting kicked in the ass with homework? XD

Well, I got home today at 6:30, ate a small dinner, did the dishes for the whole family, then read a book start-to-finish, and have to write a report on it due tomorrow.

Otherwise, naw, it's been a breeze so far.

There's a Redmond in Oregon?

Yeah.  It's right between Bend and nowhere.

btw, homework is made of fail.  I spend a few hours reading a boring-as-hell book of 'merican history, and now I'm too sick to go to school and can't turn in the report that I read the book for on time. :x

I wouldn't call it "easy".

I just don't have a ton of homework.  Primarily just chem and calc.

Tests are easy. Not being lazy is hard.

I'm exactly with Wesley on this.

Then again I think we're both the kind of people that don't have to try very hard at anything in order to do the minimum. If we try though it's something special. Maybe I should speak for myself...

I am really tired and have been talking like this all night.

Here's my classes:

Japanese 101 (Japanese is easy, conversation is impossible because I get so scared)
World Literature 108 (love the teacher, love the discussion, hate the smug assholes)
Freshman Inquiry Course (this class is all about fighting The Man, and it's run by a Bulgarian woman)
Freshman Mentored Inquiry (switched from a shitty one to a kool one)

And all these classes are from 12-3 outside of FMI which is at 4-5 on Mondays and Wednesdays. And of course if I'm not in class and I'm not doing homework I'm doing extracurricular shit...

Applying for a job this week at OMSI, a PR place with admissions, and a day care as a last resort. I can deal with kids but not babies.

I've got to run SNSN, get our arcade to buy an NX machine (post-sale god why didn't I act sooner?), get good enough at DDR to do well at the MN tournament, stay proficient at guitar, manage my one big band, my one medium sized band, and all my little mostly theoretical bands all at once, chat up da ladies, stay friendly, keep making stepcharts, find time to either relieve myself or get laid, own fundamentalists, keep myself clean, find time to drink with my buddies outside of school, manage a facebook account, worship Kyle Ward and chug Roxor dong, same for Andamiro, and stay on an even keel with my roommate.

I consider the work, which is minimal, to be less hard to handle than my extracurricular stuff. And yet I'm not having any difficulty so far. And I know Karma is going to trigger something that will make this even more difficult, but right now this is pretty alright.

If that's considered a lot I'd like to know what it is you're going through. I don't want to brag, I just want to see what it is that's really difficult for you, and why you feel it makes you a nerd. (it helps that I have a paper to write on the study habits of the modern student)

Oh and in post script, lol.

Yeah what you got is a lot XD It's the fact that I have to get 20 pieces of art done before the end of the term and we're halfway through and I have...4 XD Then I gots work 20-30 hours a week, my other classes, planning stuff for the club I'm in charge of, working on commissions ::{it's not the drawing that takes forever it's doing prop commissions}::, working on scholarship stuff, keeping up with my cosplay group and friends, and trying to plan for college >: And now I has a cold.

That and my mom had back surgery a couple weeks ago and can't move around too well still so I'm really trying to help there.

Mostly whats killing me is the art thing and scholarships. If that was taken out I might have a little more time.

Sorry for complaining about hw D: and I don't know why I said I'm a nerd Just being tired and rambling I guess.

I just really miss summer and being able to sit around and not worry about schoolwork XD

Really, it's almost better to be a nerd than a jock.

Our school is mostly jocks anywayz (well, it's a small town, so what else?).

My workload is going to get very interesting in the next few weeks:
MATH 326+394 (Multivariable Calculus II and Probability I)
CSE 378+421 (Machine Organization/Assembly Language and Algorithms)
SPAN 203 (Spanish 203 - in case it wasn't obvious)

Gonna be a fun quarter for me, even without absurd electives (lol, 400 level history class for the fun of it).  378's last few assignments are absolutely ridiculous from what I've heard.  Fortunately they dropped building a dual core processor as the final lab after every student failed to get theirs working during spring quarter... well, I heard they did anyway.  Only 5 Computer Science and 13 Math classes to go till I graduate.

Yeah, homework's killin'.  I've got 5th year German, AP Chemistry, and AP World History homework regularly and I'm supposed to be working on my SSE and I've got random Japanese homework (which would be hard if we didn't correct it in class).  Animation and Strength Training are all in-class work, but ST involves a lot of out-of-class hurt.
Edit: Hey Boogs, are you taking the SAT tomorrow? If so, good luck. I'll be taking it too, so we can struggle together at the same time (wootsauce!) I go way too slow, I hope I don't fiz-ail it.

I left my Calc textbook in my History class over the weekend. Sad

Sad day for all.

Oh well, I'll download SketchUp 6 and life will be better.
