I won $5 today because 2 girls put makeup on me...blindfolded, for the church game.
A while later...

Smiling makes you look better, did you know?

The photographer who took the photo has discovered that I was sharing the photo in public domains such as this, claiming it violates copyright laws, so I regret to say I've removed the photo everywhere to respect the photographer's wishes and business.

Hopefully it won't be another five years until my next picture is available. Who knew getting a mere picture up on the web and keeping it there could be so difficult?

Sincerely,
Noah Eaton

Tell him to shove off; you're in the picture - tell him you don't want it distributed then.

Wow.

In the future, you should grab the photo, edit it, then post it on a photobucket account or something.
Unless the photographer is a stalker of j00, he shouldn't have any issues.  The only reason he found out is likely cuz you were direct-linking the picture with the watermark, if I recall correctly.

Ah, that too... because I really doubt that he's reading this site - it was probably getting trafic being linked directly to his site.

In fact if you did that now, he probably won't even know you put it back up- unless he really is stalking you.

Sincerely,
Good point, Chris

Noah, if you have access to a regular digital camera, perhaps owned by a family member, you could snap all the pictures you want, then post those without any problems whatsoever.  You might already know that, though.

HOLY FUCK ARE THOSE RECORDS?!?!

HOLY FUCK THOSE ARE MORE OUTDATED THAN CASSETTES!!!!!

I feel slightly less retro.

btw, Matt, there's something weird comin' outa your chin.
Oh wait, that's a knee. ;P

I've tried to call you, like, 15 times this week.  Every time, I either get "User Busy" or the answering machine. :/
Or your brother, who I'm pretty sure never relays the messages I leave.
You should caaaaaaaaaaaaaall me 'cause I want to build some paaaaaaaaaaads. xP

but yeah, if you're into sampling, that record in the top stack is one helluva dig.

The wheels of steel.
edit:

ahh. i realized i had another box at this house. these weren't in those other stacks. have at them.

i'll be up until the wee hours crate digging with my "lost" vinyl. i'm psyched i found some more stacks Smiley

My grandpa sold his record player about a year ago, but we still have about 300-400 50's and 60's Jazz and Rock albums in our little library.

Okay, let me make sure he hasn't donated them all to GoodWill aready though.

If so, you can probably get a bunch of them at the GoodWill on Concord and McLoughlin near Ultrazone.

Hey, that's cool that you have a band!  If you make simfiles, you should step some of your music and upload it somewhere (if you haven't already).  If you have, are there any links you can forward?  I'd like to r21 some of that stuff!

It may be overrated, but it sure doesn't suck.

I don't really write dance music, but if you want me to step something out I'll try.

Be warned, we don't use a metronome when we record, so yeah, BPM fluctuations ftl.

You have a little inconsistency with you pitch, but you're still pretty good. (I used to be able to sing and play the piano at the same time.  Now I can hardly even sing. Tongue)  Also, it seems that you guys have a little bit of an issue with your icti (plural ictus lol?), that is, it seems like occasionally you guys have hits a bit before or after the beat, specifically in the rhythm section, where it's pretty vital to have a solid rhythm or at least a consistent beat.

Sorry if it seems like I'm ragging on you guys.  You're really not bad at all.
