- ORIGINAL POST -
i tried this somewhere else, it ended up being fun for a little while.
concept:
ask a question. one person at random answers the question and then asks another question. another person answers that question and asks another question. etcetera.
retroactive question answering is discouraged. snooze you lose.
seirous or not serious questions or answers. doesn't matter. generally people chose non serious questions.
if someone answers at the same time that someone else answers and thus there are two replies, that's okay. adds to the chaos and the loose structure, and that's a good thing.
back and forth between two people only is okay but not as fun. give other people a chance.
whoever posts the 573rd answer and question gets a prize.

Q: How many ridges on a nickel?
btw, darknote, I have read my Douglas Adams. He's my favourite author. Let me explain.
Because the answer to Life (L) the Universe (U) and Everything (E) is 42 (L + U + E = 42), that would mean that if Life were 42, then the equation would be 42 + U + E = 42. Subtract 42 from both sides and you get U + E = 0, or that the universe when combined with everything = 0.
However, it was eventually determined that there was a miscalculation. After reviewing the raw data, we find that L + U + E = 6 x 9 = 54. So, if Life is equal to 42, we find that 42 + E + U = 54, so E + U = 12.

A: what, on the circumference? zero. Any other place? I guess there's 2, one on each side right at the edge. I don't know what else you'd consider ridges, you seem like the kind of person to pose trick and/or ambiguous questions.
Q: why do you like DDR or IIDX or popn or whatever... or why not?

Hands are fun but only if they're in a song like Bend Your Mind or Queen of Light, I don't like them thrown into charts otherwise. James and I talked about the general "I hate this part, so I don't like this chart" thing going on with ITG at the last tournament. Mines are OK unless they're like in Charlene. Rolls are fine, pretty fun.

A: Do you mean the fact that they count as a continuous combo? I like it in the context of the overall aim of the game, which is to get as few combo breaks as possible. If you mean it some other way, I don't know

Cheeseburger.
Q: This is a re-question. I kind of meant that holds don't require you to step at the start, and that you have to hold them the whole time. What do you think about that?

A: Good, especially if you're light weighted and you don't get the sensor the first time, you still have a chance to get most of the hold.
