So, who is all going this year?  I plan on having another IIDX tournament and will probably bring my Pop'n ASC this year for some Carnival action.  Pete (Kid Whatever) is DJing at the Saturday night dance, which should be awesome.  Other then that, I don't know much about the activities.

Finally some good news. Smiley

I'll be looking forward to this and the TA tourney.  I'm practicing daily on my GBA.

If you want a SNES and TA cartridge to practice on until SC, I can hook you up.

even ITG didn't die, and it wasn't like roxor was moving forward with everything
Nobody ever got a glimpse of ITG3, and they had announced a preview that never came to light back at NAT 05 or 6 or whatever was in vegas.
Come to think of it, has RoXoR done anything else at all?

Road Rebel.  I played it at 8 on the Break when I was home in NJ and it was very...  meh.

I'm not going this year because I'm savin' my money for my SM machine. :/

carpooling = cheaper, probably more convenient

I know, but trying to organise a carpool a week before the con probably isn't the best strategy. Shocked

If I knew anyone who was driving up, I'd refer you to them. xP

Walk
Or bike.  I would seriously bike to Sakuracon if (a) I were going and (b) I was THAT poor.

Are there potentially any dorm-dwellers who will be picking up a badge on thursday that could potentially meet me at the con center and let me crash at the dorm til friday?

I plan on doing the same, but if I can, but it would be cool to have a place to crash thursday so I don't have to wait in the lines on friday, or even have to travel all the way up to Seattle on friday.

Dammit, this isn't during spring break... I won't make it until probably 3:00.  Japanese and CS are serious business so I'm not willing to play hooky.

Luckily I'm doing my own contract this quarter for school, that means I'll only meet with my professor on tuesday.  I plan on heading up on thursday evening this year to get all set up.  I'll be sure to get my Pop'n tournament stuff all settled and whatnot.  I don't know how they have the tournament room set up this year.
