...Is it wrong that the first thing I thought of when I read this, and other articles I just found, was the three guys who didn't get arrested for stealing Patrick's laptop? They were pretty shady. :>

This isn't the first time it's happened. Someone was killed at the bus stop across the street from Acme a couple years ago. There was a small memorial with flowers for a short time afterwards. I remember trying to get into the parking lot after it happened.

I remember when the shooting at the bus stop happened. I was trying to get into Acme and all the streets were blocked off. Had to park above Acme by the Marine recruiting station(lol), because the parking lot to Acme was blocked in.

The cops tried, but those 4 had dealt with the cops in case like this before; they knew how to stay out of jail (namely, not saying anything, since that's the only way to not incriminate yourself).  They're not accomplices unless they admit to seeing it happen or knowing about it, but not trying to stop/report the guy who was holding the stolen goods.  And as a result, only one of the four gets taken in.

The shooting's pretty crazy.

one of the few reasons i guess i can be glad that tukwila is probably the most inconvenient place for me to get to. i basically only go to seattle because the ferry is a few miles from my house whereas to get to tukwila i have to drive 60 miles one way. oh yeah and bridge toll blah.

i was there when it happened...kinda. i got to acme around 730pm and i saw cop cars blocking off all of the mall entrances. and the parking lots were pretty empty so virtually everyone already evacuated

they can at least take their beefs to a non public place =P
