I work at a Safeway close to my place.  $9.00 an hour to be a "Produce Clerk".  Basically, on an 8 hour shift, I'll do about 3 hours of work.. the rest consisting of chit-chat and breaks/naps.  It's a wonderfully easy way to get my homework done, relax, and make money at the same time.

Lots of Safeway-ers.

I might start working at a Safeway soon myself.  Although first I have to remember my SSN so I can send in my application. xP

I thought he works for manpower or some such? You're likely to face a similar "on call" situation to VMC though :(

Yeah, but Nintendo pays better than VMC. It's better comp for being on-call. :\

Cool, good luck dude! One of our recruiters here used to work for Nintendo. Let me see if I can find out who you should contact :)

MATT I LOVE YOU! Though I am trying to go back to school. I'd be sort of a weekend-only dude if I get in, which may or may not work.

I just talked to the recruiter here- and there are two vendors out at Nintendo that provide testers. One is Parker Services and the other is Aerotech (Aero Tec? Aero Tek? I dunno). She has contacts out at Aerotech.

Send your resume to v-matrag at microgoawaybotsIhatejunkmail;_;softdotcom and I'll get it over to them if you'd like.

All about who you know sometimes ;)

Aerotek, actually.  I thought I'd heard the last of them 3.5 years ago. Tongue
