This made me lol so hard. Who the f*ck would pay 20k for a DDR X cabinet? Even if you wanted a DDR X cabinet, any moron could get one directly from Betson for way less than that.

The reason the cabinet is so expensive is that it appears to be a Japanese cabinet.

It's pretty hard to tell from my perspective. Methinks the seller just copy/pasted a standard Google image and manufacturer's description of the DDR X series. Something like so.

But I gotta admit I really enjoyed the DDR X machines that I experienced over in the Shinjuku and Akihabara districts of Tokyo.

I imagine if this was a JP AC version and this guy knew it's worth 20k, then you'd think he'd mention this in the description. I'm still banking on it being some arcade owner who thinks he can make a profit off a terrible investment he made on a DDR X machine.
