The NX machine was likely reset to default settings, which is 5 coins a game. Call up the Waterfront Arcade and tell them about it.

i guess someone saw this because game has been changed to 50 cents. also auto fail is now turned off.

Sadly, the machine is gone. Location unknown. I guess I should have gone more often.
