Hey everyone,

I wanted to post another 5k event that is coming up on September 20, 2014. This would be another really fun event for us to get together as a community and represent. This event is definitely team oriented and I encourage for people to try something new and get to know each other.

The obstacle race is $60 for entry fee up until September 18th, 2014 when registration closes.

It is located in Kalama, WA near Mt. St. Helens.

APHR and I are more than happy to house 3-4 people to stay the night prior to the race. We would be leaving our home at 6:00am sharp.

There are over 20 obstacles where team work is necessary to help each other finish out the race. Remember to bring a change of clothes considering that there will be a lot of mud and sand! We would love to have more people come with us to do this race!
